AVAILABILITY


When purchasing an item it is always possible that the purchased item can not be processed in case of a lack of availability. We will cancel the order and contact the buyer through e-mail. Please keep in mind All items are limited!

Purchases made through NINETYFOUR are secured by iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, the most trusted internet payment processing company. Personal contact information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties.

SHIPPING


Shipping will take place 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

Customers ordering outside Europe, including the UK, are solely responsible for any import tax charges incurred. Please be aware that due to Brexit, import costs may be imposed by customs in the destination country. We want to emphasize that these charges are beyond our control, and customers should factor them into their purchase decision. For any inquiries regarding import taxes, we recommend contacting local customs authorities.

RETURN POLICY

Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered items, all products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To return your item(s) please send them, in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed and with the NINETYFOUR tags still attached. All items must be returned, along with the invoice and the return form, otherwise we can’t process your return. Processing a return takes 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. We don't cover the shipping costs of returning your goods.


Any products purchased in the sale cannot be returnedonly exchange for another size if available. Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us for the quickest response.

LOST AND MISSING ITEMS


NINETYFOUR is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After sending the purchased item
the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.
